Alba Portales is a lawyer of the Business Law Department and is in charge of the Hospitality Area. She joined the Firm in April 2024. Before joining the firm, she worked as a lawyer at NH Hoteles. Previously, she was part of the Business Law Department at Escalona & De Fuentes for four years and worked as a lawyer at Hyatt Hotels and at Toda & Nel-lo abogados. Alba advises on Real Estate & Hospitality, commercial law, corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
