The Firm also provides advice on contractual matters, with the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts that companies enter into in the normal course of their business: distribution, agency, franchising, leasing, international sale and purchase of goods, provision of services… We also have extensive experience in the field of financial law, advising on financing transactions, debt refinancing, banking contracts, sale and purchase of assets and shares, incorporation of Socimis, exits to the MAB and the Stock Exchange continuous segment.
