Litigation

In the Litigation Area, the professionals of the Firm provide advice in situations of conflict in civil and commercial matters, accompanying the client in all phases, from the beginning of the proceedings to the end of the judicial process, including appeals and cassation appeals. We also advise on jurisdiction and competence in international matters. We pay special attention to the analysis of pre-litigation situations, advising the client to avoid legal proceedings to the extent possible, or to place the litigation in the most favorable scenario for the client if it is unavoidable. Taking advantage of the synergies with the other areas of the Firm, the work teams are multidisciplinary, made up of lawyers from the Litigation Area who will be supported by other experts from the Firm in the specific matter in question, thus achieving the best advice and the best chances of success.
