Luis San Emeterio Tapia

Luis San Emeterio is a lawyer in the Employment Area and joined the Firm in November 2014.
Prior to joining the Firm, he worked in the Employment Law Department of EY Abogados. Previously, he worked in the employment law departments of Gómez- Acebo & Pombo Abogados and Bufete Barrilero y Asociados, as well as in the legal departments of Watson Wyatt de España (now Willis Towers Watson) and Mercer Human Resources Consulting.
He provides employment and social security advice, representing clients before all types of employment agencies in matters such as dismissals, substantial modifications of working conditions, disciplinary measures, pension commitments or matters relating to social security, among others, so that his services cover both individual and collective matters.
He also advises clients on contractual and remuneration matters and on the performance of employment and social security audits. Finally, he teaches at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and the University of Navarra, is the author of publications in professional journals and has collaborated in the drafting of several editorial works related to employment and social security law.
