Rosina Menéndez de Luarca Bellido

Rosina Menéndez de Luarca Bellido is Partner in charge of the Litigation Area. She joined the Firm in April 2006 and was appointed partner in May 2011.
Her professional practice focuses on the representation and defense of individuals and companies in court proceedings in civil and commercial jurisdictions, designing the case strategy from the pre-litigation phase to its final resolution at any instance. She has been particularly involved in all types of proceedings related to corporate disputes and bankruptcy proceedings, representing creditors and insolvent parties and advising national and international clients in purchase and restructuring operations within the bankruptcy process. She also has extensive experience in civil proceedings related to real estate, mortgage and registry law.
Another important part of her professional practice is focused on teaching, giving classes in several programmes of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
