Elena García San Martín

Elena García is in charge of the Real Estate Area and is a lawyer in the Litigation Area. She joined the Firm in September 2010.
Previously, from September 2005 to June 2010, she worked as a lawyer in the Litigation Department of the law firm Garrigues.
Her professional practice focuses on real estate, mortgage and registry law. She also represents and defends individuals and companies in civil court proceedings. She also intervenes in insolvency proceedings representing creditors and insolvent parties and advising clients on purchase and restructuring operations in insolvency proceedings.
