Eva Hernández Velasco

Eva Hernández is Partner in charge of the Employment Area. She joined the Firm in October 2001 and was appointed partner in March 2007.
Before joining the firm, she worked for four years in the Employment Law Department of GARRIGUES.
She currently provides general employment advice to companies and management personnel, including expatriates or local employees of transnational groups. She also has extensive experience in the preparation of legal reports on employment and Social Security matters, as well as in the performance of employment audits of companies (with the corresponding drafting of due diligence reports). She has also been involved in employment regulation proceedings and, in general, in collective or plural procedures aimed at company restructuring, including procedures for substantial modification of working conditions or wage cuts.
Another important part of her professional practice consists of representing clients in employment disputes and litigation, both before courts and tribunals and in out-of-court negotiations.
In the field of teaching, she is currently a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice, specializing in Employment – CONTRACTING BONUSES.
