Corporate, M&A and Finance Lawyer

Luis García is a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Finance Area. He joined the Firm in February 2024.

Previously, from November 2018 to February 2024, he worked as a lawyer in the Corporate M&A department of PwC Tax & Legal Services.

His professional practice focuses on advising on commercial and corporate law, having participated in company and asset purchase and sale operations, investment and partner agreements, joint ventures, etc., as well as in projects for the design and execution of corporate reorganization operations of national and international commercial groups. He also advises on the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial and civil contracts.
