Rosina Menéndez de Luarca Bellido

Rosina Menéndez de Luarca Bellido is the Head of the Litigation Department. She joined the Firm in April 2006 and was appointed as a partner in May 2011.
Hers practice focuses on the representation and defence of individuals and companies in court proceedings heard in civil and commercial courts, designing the strategy of the case from pre-litigation stage to its final solution at any instance. She has participated in a relevant way in bankruptcy proceedings by representing creditors and bankrupts and advising domestic and international clients in purchasing and restructuring transactions within the bankruptcy process. She also has extensive expertise in civil proceedings related to real estate and mortgage and registration law.
Another important part of her practice focuses on teaching, giving classes in courses on civil litigation at the School of Legal Practice in the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and at the future Master of Access to Advocacy.
