Francesco Mazza is a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Finance Area. He joined the Firm in September 2023.

Previously, he worked as a lawyer in the Real Estate Law Department of URÍA MENÉNDEZ, from 2021 to September 2023.

His professional practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. In particular, he advises on the sale and purchase of companies, structural modifications, such as mergers and demergers, corporate transactions, statutory modifications and shareholders’ agreements.
