Marisa Ramirez Prieto

Marisa Ramírez is a lawyer in the Tax Area. She joined the Firm in September 2007.
Previously, from 2001 to August 2007, she worked in the Tax and Commercial Law Departments of B.CREMADES & ASOCIADOS.
Her professional practice focuses on the area of tax law, providing general tax advice to both individuals, SMEs and small, medium size and large companies, both domestic and international. She also advises to clients in tax proceedings of all kinds (management, inspection, collection, sanctioning and derivation of liability), in claims and appeals in economic-administrative proceedings and in appeals in contentious-administrative proceedings.
