1993
The Firm was founded by José Ignacio Alemany as a law firm specializing initially in Tax and Corporate, M&A and Finance law.
2001
As of this year, the Firm began to extend its areas of expertise to the field of Employment law with the incorporation of Eva Hernández Velasco.
2006
José Antonio Escalona de Molina joins the Firm to head the Corporate, M&A and Finance area. Rosina Menéndez de Luarca Bellido also joins the Firm to create the Litigation area.
2012
Joaquín de Fuentes Bardají joins the Public and Regulatory area of the Firm.
2018
The Firm celebrates its 25th anniversary.
2022
The Firm became known as ESCALONA & DE FUENTES, following the departure of José Ignacio Alemany.
