Carlota Ballesteros is a lawyer from the Employment and Social Security Law Department. She joined the Firm in September 2024.

Prior to join the firm, she worked in the employment and social security law department of Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. Prior to this, she was part of the employment and social security law teams of KPMG and Ontier, as well as part of the banking and litigation department of Ontier.

Carlota Ballesteros provides Employment and Social Security law advice, representing clients before all type of employment agencies and bodies in areas such as dismissals, substantial modifications of employment conditions, employment sanctions, pension commitments or Social Security related issues amongst others, in such a way that his services cover both individual and collective issues.

In addition, she provides advice to clients on contractual and remuneration matters and on Employment and Social Security due diligence processes.
