Salvador Bautista Enciso
Corporate, M&A and Finance Lawyer and of the Family Business Area
Salvador Bautista is a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Finance Area. He joined the Firm as a partner in June 2026.
Previously, from 2006 to 2026, he worked at Bergé y Compañía, where, from 2013, he served as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Before that, he worked as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas.
His professional practice focuses on domestic and international corporate advice, with a particular emphasis on corporate governance and board secretariat, M&A transactions and financing and refinancing operations. He is currently the Secretary of the Board of Bergé y Compañía and of its two main subsidiaries, Astara Mobility and Bergé Logistics.
He also has extensive experience in the field of family business. He served as Chairman of the Young Forum of the Instituto de la Empresa Familiar (“IEF”) from 2019 to 2022 and subsequently as Vice-Chairman until 2025, and is a regular contributor to forums and programmes specialising in family business, focusing in particular on governance and generational succession.
In the field of education, he is a lecturer on the Executive Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Business at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
